BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The business goal was to accommodate several kinds of services on a single platform. Our challenge was to give a user friendly interface for different businesses with different services with few steps.
SOLUTION
Our UX team did a tremendous job by creating multiple engines and gave options to vendors to choose from and our IT team made it possible by implementing complex functionality.

They were facing website performance issues, Logical errors in Inventory and Order Management, Very old version of Java Script Used, They did not have new features like flexible shipping and coupon discount management.
SOLUTION
We upgrade to the latest version of open-cart, and Javascript. Site redesigned completely as there were lot of bugs were found in current running site.

They are able to manage the website easily and now it looks professional. New modules are bug free, and the speed is enhanced.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE
There were user experience and functionality issues like users were not able to purchase bike accessories as they are finalise a custom bike for themselves.
SOLUTION
Design issues related to images and product display were all fixed; site was optimised. Accessories were effectively shown along with the purchase process of bike.
